I recently purchased a pier and post home, and the foundation was problematic. During our sale negotiations, we found Foundations First Northwest and I was delighted to talk to Joe about the service he was able to provide.

He and his team were able to put in steel beams in a special type of cement that allowed for the foundation to be rock solid. The crew worked extra hard by clearing out some of the gross insulation and they were generous with giving me additional information about what I might need to do. I found Joe to be friendly, reliable and they did exceptional work.

Beyond the solid work what stood out for me most was that Joe mentioned that he values his workers and prioritizes giving them good wages and health insurance over marketing for the business.
