Crew Member
We are seeking a reliable, hard-working crew member to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work under the direction of the project foreman to assist with a variety of foundation repair tasks and site preparations. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading materials, cleaning and preparing job sites, removing debris, supporting skilled tradespeople, and more.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing the job right, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Pay Scale (Hourly) $20+
Pay is subject to change based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the excavation, installation, and repair of foundations
- Follow established protocols and safety guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Uphold a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
- Experience in construction or foundation work is a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of construction tools
- 18 years or older

Concrete Finisher
We’re hiring an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our Foundations First family. In this role, you’ll handle all aspects of concrete work — from forming and pouring to finishing and patching — on residential and commercial foundation repair projects. We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Scale (Hourly) $25+
Pay is subject to change based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Form, pour, and finish concrete for footings, slabs, and foundation repairs
- Smooth, level, and shape surfaces using hand and power tools
- Patch and repair existing concrete as needed
- Assist with demolition, site prep, and cleanup
- Work closely with the crew and follow instructions from the foreman
- Maintain a safe, clean job site

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 1–2 years of concrete finishing experience
- Skilled with floats, trowels, screeds, and other finishing tools
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Reliable transportation and good work ethic

In this role, you’ll assess residential properties, diagnose foundation issues, and provide accurate estimates for repair work. Pay Scale (Yearly) $96k+
Pay is commission-based
Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site evaluations of residential foundations
- Accurately diagnose issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
- Develop detailed project estimates and proposals
- Present estimates to homeowners and explain the scope of work clearly
- Collaborate with the front office and production team to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the process
- Meet sales goals and track leads using CRM tools
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in construction estimating, residential repair, or sales (foundation experience preferred)
